Our dynamic editorial company, specializing in producing high-quality business and investment features for leading international media, is seeking an Business Operations Coordinator to join our Madrid office.

As the Business Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient functioning of our office by handling:
Overseeing general office administration, including supplier management, purchases, and banking.
Planning and managing the office agenda effectively.
Maintaining the upkeep of the office environment.
Regularly using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) to support daily operations.
English and Spanish (C1 or higher; interviews will be conducted in English).
Strong IT skills and a willingness to learn new software.
