Fleet Online Services Intern

Why This Role Matters

As a Fleet Online Services Intern you will learn and perform hand‑on tasks such as fleet vehicle management, coordinating the transfer of vehicles between bases, registering vehicles and creating contracts and vendors in the internal system. You will work with cross‑functional teams and manage different priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Update fleet lists for customers and change tire status.
• Request new user IDs for FOS, ejob, ecasing, dashboards.
• Reset passwords and close open jobs that block the creation of other jobs.
• Manage old open jobs by contacting service providers.
• Create SSF tickets for the GBS team.
• Maintain the vehicle pool to keep information up‑to‑date and useful.

• Current Bachelor or Master student (preferred in Business Studies, Marketing or a related field).
• Proficiency in English and Spanish is required;
  Italian is a plus.
• Availability for 35 hours per week in a hybrid working arrangement during a 6‑month internship.
