Mini Med Internship – Inside Sales Support
Responsibilities- Administrative support: updating and correcting local databases.
- Sorting and returning products.
- Patient care support: reviewing and filtering email inbox, sorting emails, verifying data.
- Managing telephone calls.
- Medium level proficiency in Office package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Proactivity, commitment, and desire to take on new challenges.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Organizational capacity.
- No prior work experience required; experience in similar internships or customer service positions is valued.
- Minimum education:
Bachelor’s or equivalent degree; preferably in Social Sciences. - English proficiency: high level in reading, writing, and speaking.
Internship agreement, duration 6–18 months (six‑month contracts). Full‑time flex schedule: 8:30a.m.–5:30p.m. Monday–Thursday and 8:00a.m.–3:00p.m. Friday. Minimum two days per week on site at the Madrid office. Monthly stipend: €1,000 gross.
