About the Role At Edelman Spain, our office is more than a workplace - it’s where ideas are built, collaboration happens and culture comes to life. We are looking for a proactive, highly organised Office Manager to join our team and cover a long-term maternity leave.
This is a hands-on, highly visible role, idóneo for someone with 2-3 years of experience in office coordination or administrative operations who thrives at the heart of office life and takes real pride in creating a smooth, welcoming and high-performing work environment.
The role is 100% office-based and requires a strong sense of ownership, attention to detail and the ability to anticipate needs, solve problems and keep things running seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities Own the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring everything runs smoothly, efficiently and to Edelman’s standards.
Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers, building management and external service providers.
Manage all office logistics, including supplies, facilities, maintenance and general services.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes from an operational and office-experience perspective.
Coordinate internal meetings, client visits and small office events, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
Provide administrative and organisational support to different teams as needed.
Ensure compliance with office standards, health & safety requirements and internal policies.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve office processes, workflows and ways of working, contributing to a better employee experience.
What We’re Looking For 2-3 years of experience as an Office Manager, Office Coordinator or in a similar administrative role.
Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
Highly proactive, organised and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable interacting with all levels of the organisation.
Comfortable working full-time in the office.
Able to manage multiple priorities autonomously, with sound judgement and a practical mindset.
A positive, service-driven and team-oriented attitude, aligned with Edelman’s collaborative culture.
