Puesto: Intern - Programme Management Support )
Work Location:

In-person, Madrid, Spain
Expected duration: 6 months
Responsibilities   Support the implementation and follow‑up on technical activities linked to ongoing projects carried out.
Support the organization of experts group meetings and related seminars.
In collaboration with the communications focal point, support the development of content, layout and design of relevant communication materials, documents and events.
Support local logistics during events, workshops and seminars and virtual logistics for webinars.
Assist in the preparation and review of activity reports, documents and proposals.
Assist in the translation of documents, reports, brochures and project proposals.
Assist in the preparation of presentations, brochures and talking points for events.
Undertake research as required regarding different topics addressed in the ongoing projects, related to the implementation of the New Urban Agenda in Spain and the localization of the 2030 Agenda.
Support the development and follow‑up on agreements with key institutional partners.
Participate in team coordination meetings, as well as any other meeting as required.
Assist in the activities that support the ongoing work of UN‑Habitat Country Office Spain.
Other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications / Special Skills   Fluency in oral and written English and Spanish is required.
Knowledge of another UN language is desirable.
