Regulatory Executive

Ryanair are currently recruiting for a  Regulatory Executive  to join the Legal Team of Europe’s Largest Airline Group

This is an excellent time to join Ryanair as we look to grow to over 800 aircraft and 300m guests within the next 10 years.

This is a full‑time role which can be based in either our Warsaw or Madrid office. You will be responsible for applying for traffic rights and permits across the Ryanair Group to operate across our network and assist our Data Protection team in dealing with our obligations under applicable data protection and privacy rules.

The successful candidate will work as part of a team and be expected to:

Make traffic rights applications to EU and non-EU aviation authorities;

Maintain a database of approvals received and upcoming deadlines for applications;

Process weekly changes in Ryanair’s flight programmes;

Support members of the Regulatory team with traffic rights administrative tasks;

Assist with the processing of data protection requests;

Maintain records of data protection requests and deadlines;

Requirements

Excellent organisational and communication skills;

Demonstrable experience with management of deadlines;

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Experience with Microsoft Excel;

Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail;

The ability to learn quickly and show initiative.

The following would be highly advantageous

Knowledge of one of the major European languages in addition to English;

Understanding of economics and business;

Understanding of the aviation industry.
