Administration Intern

At China Three Gorges Europe we are looking for an Administrative Intern to join our Greenfield team and support our mission of powering the world with renewable energy. In this role, you will learn and assist in different tasks:

Prepare, review, and coordinate our internal platform approvals (OA and Ariba), and follow-up on workflow progress to ensure efficient processing.

Support the administration and scheduling of department shared vehicles.

Liaise with suppliers to collect and organize required documents, and assist in the preliminary preparation of bidding and tendering activities.

Provide comprehensive administrative support and assist with various departmental operational tasks and projects.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration or equivalent relevant discipline.

Spanish Advanced level (equivalent C1-C2/Native)
English Professional level (equivalent to B2-C1)
Other Valuable

Skills:

Chinese knowledge will be a plus.

Proficient command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).Good organizational skills and ability to maintain confidentiality

Critical thinking, problem-solving, adaptability
