Executive Assistant

Job Title Executive Assistant Summary :
In this role, you will provide secretarial and general administrative support to the Senior Director of Investor Relations and Corporate Treasury, exercising confidentiality, tact and diplomacy. In this role you will :

Responsibilities Handle Executive’s agenda and ensure that he/she is always attainable and that all pertinent issues are dealt within a timely fashion.

Greet, and accompany visitors, guests, high-level contacts and new comers.

Receive, screen and direct incoming calls, and e-mail.

Coordinate meeting arrangements, and tracks expenses.

Arrange business travel and follow-up.

Approve standard demands / requests within delegated authorities.

Maintain project and administrative files, including distribution list Handle specific projects related to the activities of the executive.

Support the IR team, handling logistics for quarterly results calls and update of IR website

Support on potential investor events and management of external providers

Process department invoices (Coupa)
Process new Iberia Cards given by Amadeus Ideal Candidate5+ years experience is a similar role assisting a Director, VP, SVP or ExCom member

Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.

Excellent use of all Microsoft Tools Organizational skills, ability to prioritize and time management

Previous experience in an international matrix environment
