At ING we are looking for Junior Executive Assistant

Your role and work environment:
We are looking for a   talented and motivated professional   to join our   Executive Assistants Team at ING Bank   .
You will be part of an   expert, collaborative team   delivering   high‑quality support and solutions   across a variety of needs, including:
Advanced calendar management
Scheduling complex meetings involving multiple stakeholders, time zones, and seniority levels
Coordination and support for internal events, workshops, townhalls, and offsites
Providing support during peak workload periods or critical business milestones

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to   high‑impact initiatives   in a dynamic environment, while working closely with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
Your key responsibilities:
Act as a   first point of contact   for internal and external stakeholders
Proactively manage and maintain the agendas of management team members, including scheduling meetings and conference calls
Organize and coordinate meetings and internal events   , ensuring all required materials, logistics, and catering arrangements are in place
Provide comprehensive   administrative and organizational support
Deliver   ad‑hoc support for major projects   and initiatives as required
Liaise with Executive Assistants and PAs at   international level   to ensure alignment and delivery of shared commitments

Proven track record and technical skills:
2-3 years’ professional experience, international environment experience is a plus.
