Events Production Manager

We are an event and audiovisual production agency.

We are expanding our production team and we are looking for a Production Manager.

– Attend locations to carry out the prospecting, analysis of the space and the technical requirements for the celebration of the event.
– Prepare budgets in collaboration with the commercial team.
– Coordinate and supervise on-site teams, both human and material for each of the projects.
– Select and deal with the different suppliers, as well as with clients to guarantee the perfect execution of the technical part of the event.
– Plan and control the times, objectives, expenses and resources (material and human) assigned to the project.

-Immediate incorporation to the position due to production needs.

– Experience in similar position or as production manager, within the field of corporate events.
– Mastery of the production management of an event (locations, sound, lighting, video, structures…).
– Advanced knowledge of:

• Handling Office package and Windows, IOS and macOS operating environment.
• Making and preparing projects for project presentations in power point or similar.
• Knowledge of layout and design programs for presentations to clients.

– Driving license and own car.
– High level of English.
-Minimum experience of 3 years in the sector.

• Degree or diploma in related areas (Marketing, Business, Event Management, Production, etc.).
• Minimum of 3/4 years experience in production or project management roles in the events sector.
• Demonstrated experience in companies in the same sector and developing corporate events and audiovisual production.
• Ability to work towards objectives and result oriented.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of the market and current trends in communication, marketing and events.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to dynamic environments.
• Good command of English to work with international clients.

• Educational background:
  Bachelor’s degree in related areas (Marketing, Business, Event Management, etc.).
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 3/4 years in leadership roles in event production or project management, in the event industry.
