We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Content Production Manager to manage the creation and execution of photo, video, and digital content across various channels. This role will be responsible for managing production calendars, handling administrative tasks, maintaining asset libraries, and collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure alignment with campaign objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in content production, strong vendor management skills, and a thorough understanding of contracts, licensing, and content rights.

Experience in the luxury, fashion, or beauty industries is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage comprehensive production calendars to ensure timely content delivery.
• Handle all administrative responsibilities, including managing contracts, NDAs, usage rights agreements, vendor coordination, and invoice processing.
• Maintain and update asset libraries, usage rights documentation, and content archiving systems to ensure easy access and compliance.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams (e.g., marketing, creative) and external production companies to facilitate seamless content creation.
• Lead the production of high-quality photo, video, and digital content across various channels, ensuring brand consistency and optimal performance.
  
  This includes, but is not limited to, on-set production management.
• Monitor content budgets closely, proactively flagging potential overages or identifying opportunities for efficiencies.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams to align production activities with overarching campaign needs and marketing strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to guarantee that all elements are prepared in advance of the scheduled productions

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in content production, creative operations, or a similar role.
• Demonstrated experience working with external vendors and creative production teams.
• Proven skills in managing contracts, licensing agreements, and content rights.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and excellent time management abilities.
• Familiarity with production budgeting, timelines, and team coordination.
• Experience in the luxury or fashion beauty industry is preferred.
• Experience with on-set production management is a plus.
• Experience with project management tools preferred (Asana)
