• Own our social media like it's your personal meme empire (but with 185 million families watching). You'll be scrolling Tik Tok at 11 PM thinking “we NEED to jump on this tomorrow” and actually doing it. Turn parenting chaos into content gold and make educational content feel less like homework and more like the group chat.
• Create content that makes people stop mid-scroll. Shoot, edit, and produce videos and graphics that capture the beautiful mess of parenting. You're comfortable in front of and behind the camera, and you know the difference between content that performs and content that just exists.
• Be faster than a toddler running away from bedtime. When a trend drops, you're already 3 steps ahead. You thrive in fast-paced environments, can pivot on a dime, and trust your gut (because it's powered by data, cultural awareness, and an unhealthy amount of screen time).
• Build content calendars that actually make sense. Plan strategy using tools like Metricool, balancing planned content with spontaneous reactive posts. Know when to stick to the plan and when to scrap everything because something better just happened.
• Turn numbers into action. Prepare monthly reports that explain why things worked, what flopped, and what's next. You understand analytics like you understand your own social media addiction: intimately and with slight concern.
• Build a community, not just a follower count. Respond to comments and DMs like you're chatting with friends. Don't just wait for engagement; proactively jump into conversations, comment on relevant content, and show up where our community hangs out.
• Collaborate like a pro. Work independently (you're a senior, self-starting wizard), but also partner with external content creators and keep everyone on the same chaotic wavelength.

• Senior-level social media chops with receipts. You've managed social accounts that people actually follow and created content that's performed. You can show us the proof. Bonus points for experience in parenting, education, or anywhere understanding human psychology is non-negotiable.
• Content creation skills that go beyond filters. You can shoot and edit video content that doesn't look like it was made in 2009. You know pacing, hooks, and how to make 15 seconds feel like the most entertaining 15 seconds of someone's day.
• A brain wired for trends and culture. You're chronically online in the best way possible. You know what's happening on Tik Tok, Instagram, X, and wherever else parents are doomscrolling.
