** Your next challenge
** The main objective of the role is to strengthen the team's creative capacity, ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints, and raise the quality of execution in digital and physical materials.
** What you'll be doing:*
* • Design graphic materials for digital and physical media: social media, websites, campaigns, sales presentations, downloads, emails, flyers, and other marketing materials.
• Create motion graphics and edit videos for campaigns and brand content.
• Prepare final artwork for print and digital media, ensuring technical quality.
• Translate business briefs into clear visual proposals that are aligned with the brand.
• Propose creative ideas and innovative visual solutions within established frameworks.
• Review and optimize designs based on internal feedback.
• Correctly apply global brand guidelines, ensuring coherence and consistency.
• Manage design projects independently, meeting deadlines and priorities.
• Collaborate closely with marketing stakeholders and other internal teams.

* Education Requirements:

** Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, fine arts or similar.
** Work Experience Requirements:**- More than 3 years iof experience in client or agency roles- A portfolio showcasing your best design work (Please add the link to your resume.)

* Languages:

** Spanish(native) and english (fluent)
** Technical knowledge:*
* • High proficiency in After Effects
• Solid experience in Premiere
• Design in Figma or another collaborative tool
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Knowledge of digital and print design.
• Understanding of typography, composition, color, and branding principles.
• Experience creating PowerPoint presentations

Desirable:
• Familiarity with AI tools applied to design
• Interest in new technologies and digital formats
• Knowledge of Atlassian tools, especially Confluence and Jira
• Knowledge of UX/UI and web design
