As a New Developments KAM, your primary role will be to focus on building our portfolio of new development projects by establishing and nurturing relationships with local and international developers. You will serve as the primary point of contact during project development, negotiating agreements, and ensuring the successful commercialization of projects through Lucas Fox.
- To establish and manage relationships with Developers;
- New Projects Listing and Management;
- Explore opportunities to enhance our listing portfolio and business growth;
- Lead the commercialization efforts of new development projects through the sales agents;
- Develop and nurture a network of contacts within the developer and construction community.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the real estate market;
- Previous experience in new developments or listing building projects is highly desirable;
- Deep knowledge of the local real estate market;
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills;
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail;
- Motivated and driven with a proactive approach to achieving goals.
