** Overview of the role
** As a Junior Logistics Specialist, you will support the Supply Chain team in the execution and coordination of international logistics operations, with a strong focus on administrative accuracy, documentation control, data quality, and invoice validation.

You will work closely with internal teams (Supply Chain, Finance, Trading) and external stakeholders (suppliers, warehouses, freight forwarders, customs agents and customers) to ensure smooth operational execution and reliable information flows.

This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or administrative operations, who is eager to develop in an international environment and gain end-to-end exposure to coffee supply chain processes.# #
** Key Responsibilities
**** Logistics Operations & Documentation
*** Provide administrative support for European and international shipments.
* Management of domestic and Iberian spot sales, including coffee load orders, invoicing, and destination notifications.
* Monitor and follow up on shipment documentation.
* Digitize, classify, and archive documents in internal systems (DW).
** Contract Administration
*** Create and update standard coffee contracts in the ERP system.
* Verify basic contract data (volumes, origin, destination, dates, Incoterms).
* Communicate with suppliers to request missing information or documents.
** Logistics Invoicing Support
*** Validate standard logistics invoices (transport, warehousing, handling).
* Cross-check invoices against supporting documents (contract, CMR, BL, customs clearance).
* Follow up invoicing discrepancies and provide documentation to Finance when needed.
** Customs
* ** Enter and validate basic customs (DUA) data.
* Support administrative tasks related to free circulation processes.
** Suppliers & Warehouses
*** Collect and maintain supplier information.
* Support basic performance follow-up with logistics providers.
* Review inventory levels in European warehouses.
** Communication
* ** Act as an operational point of contact with suppliers, warehouses, carriers, and customers for day-to-day logistics matters.
* Follow up on documentation, delivery status, and basic operational queries.
* Escalate incidents or deviations internally to the Supply Chain team when required.
* Ensure clear and timely information flow between internal teams and external stakeholders.
** Compliance Support
*** Support in price and market closing communications#
** Your profile
*** Vocational training or degree in Logistics, Administration, International Trade, or related fields.
* 2–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or administrative roles in international environments.
* Experience with ERP or logistics platforms (SAP, Navision, Cargoo, or similar) is a plus.
* Good working knowledge of Excel.
* High attention to detail and structured way of working.
* Comfortable handling repetitive, high-volume administrative tasks.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Fluent in Spanish and good working level of English.## #
