PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The purpose of this role is to lead, coordinate, and proactively analyse the Supply Chain operations across the EMEA region, ensuring product availability, optimal inventory levels, and high service standards to support business growth.

The role acts as a key operational link between EMEA Operations, Top Management, the Central Warehouse, and Global teams, driving day‑to‑day supply chain execution while identifying risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities. Through close monitoring of sales trends, inventory performance, and replenishment activities, the position ensures timely product deliveries, minimizes out‑of‑stock situations, and contributes to continuous business optimization across the region.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implement the inventory and service level strategies defined for each EMEA operation.
  • Ensure high data quality and accurate stock levels across all operations.
  • Lead and manage the operations replenishment process, including
  • Monitoring sales trends and adjusting forecasts to mitigate out‑of‑stock risks.
  • Ensuring SAP master data and replenishment parameters are correctly maintained.
  • Preparing purchase orders based on SAP calculations and operational insights.
  • Tracking delivery status with the Central Warehouse and the Global Transport team until final receipt.
  • Analysing order fill rates and implementing corrective actions where needed.
  • Prepare and maintain Out‑of‑Stock (OOS) reporting and key Supply Chain KPIs for Top Management.
  • Monitor and coordinate reverse logistics processes, including returns and destructions.
  • Proactively manage and resolve claims, complaints, and operational incidents.
  • Coordinate closely with Operations and Global Category Managers to gather information on promotions, product launches, and lifecycle changes.
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities across the end‑to‑end Supply Chain

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience in Supply Chain Management or a related area.
  • Strong communication skills; the role requires regular reporting to Management.
  • Strong synthesis skills, with the ability to translate a global overview into clear and concise presentations.
  • Highly motivated and well‑structured, with strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills, and a high degree of proactivity.
  • Flexible and results‑oriented, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Quick learner and team player, with excellent customer handling skills and a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong IT skills; advanced knowledge of MS Office is required. Prior experience with SAP is an advantage.
  • Languages:

    Business‑level proficiency in English is required.
