Job Description:

The Delivery Manager (DM) acts as the “Face of the Supply Chain” for EMEA projects, ensuring that Nextpower projects are well planned, delivered on time, and delivered under budget. The DM engages with the project team while the project is at 70% confidence and ensures that the project is manufacturable and compliant with all contract terms.

Role Overview

The Delivery Manager owns the supply chain aspects of each project, starting at 70% confidence through delivery completion (typical duration ~26 weeks). The DM represents all aspects of the supply chain to internal customers and is a one‑stop shop for Project Managers and Sales to understand all supply‑chain related aspects of the project.

Functions
  • Participate in 70%, 90%, 100% hand‑off meetings to represent and raise planning issues including BOM, NPI, Domestic Content, Delivery Schedule/Lead Time
  • Ensure new projects under contract are planned and allocated in Nextpower system (Anaplan)
  • Ensure delivery plan conforms to contractual agreement
  • Troubleshoot delivery concerns with Planning, Logistics and Project Managers
  • Ensure logistics terms are met and on‑time delivery to plan
  • Review project PO vs SO variances to align supply with demand until fulfilled
  • Drive supplier on‑time shipment (OTS) and project on‑time delivery (OTD) for region
  • Coordinate with engineering, sourcing, NPI and logistics for project success
  • Build operational excellence through lean and continuous improvement process management
  • Support testing and adoption of Anaplan to expedite planning system transformation
  • Ensure data integrity of supply‑chain planning data and manage data flow
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Administration;
    Master’s preferred
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (C1)
  • 7–10+ years experience in Planning, Master Scheduling, Supply chain, or Manufacturing
  • Experience in Construction Projects (preferred) and Solar, Semiconductor, or Steel manufacturing industry (preferred)
  • Strong Planning, Forecasting, Project Management skills with attention to detail
  • Advanced user skills of planning software such as Anaplan, MS Excel, Access required
  • Comfortable with figures and in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large dataset
  • Ability to build, negotiate and sustain networking relationships
  • Ability to work in fast‑paced and global start‑up environment
