Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate its Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone company, DePuy Synthes. The separation is expected to complete within 18 to 24 months. Should you accept this position, you will become an employee of DePuy Synthes and be governed by its employment processes, policies, and benefit plans.

Responsibilities
  • Execute inventory management policies, standards, guidelines, technology, and procedures.
  • Deliver and support decisions based on accurate inventory analytics.
  • Assist in identifying best segmentation business strategies by configuring supply‑chain approaches to improve efficiency.
  • Actively participate in inventory cycle‑counting processes (count, track and adjust).
  • Contribute to regional and/or global inventory initiatives such as inventory entitlement, replenishment policies, SLOB prevention/reduction, projections/reporting/KPIs, IBP integration, master‑data improvement, and optimization projects.
  • Provide inventory management input in IBP forums as applicable.
  • Maintain knowledge of inventory and broader supply‑chain planning through recommended training and development assignments.
  • Engage with cross‑functional teams—including product portfolio planning, impact analysis for new products, and business‑unit leaders—to support inventory strategies.
Qualifications
  • Academic record or equivalent education.
  • Good proficiency in English.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in a similar inventory‑management role.
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills; effective communicator.
  • High tolerance for ambiguity while satisfying needs of multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of the medical‑device industry and Johnson & Johnson operations.
  • Demonstrated alignment with Johnson & Johnson Leadership Imperatives and Credo.

€28,700.00 – €46,805.00
