Stakeholder Management & Negotiation: Drive negotiations and build strong relationships across multiple stakeholders (suppliers, operations, logistics, sales, legal, and finance) to align business objectives.

Bidding & Project Support: Collaborate with sales and tendering teams during the bidding phase by calculating competitive logistics costs and securing supplier capacity.

Contract Monitoring & Supplier Performance: Ensure contract compliance, track timely logistics delivery targets, and maintain strong, long-term commercial partnerships.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Trade, Economics, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: Open to profiles ranging from high-potential candidates (1–2 years) to consolidated/senior procurement specialists (+5 years) in strategic sourcing, commercial negotiation, or service management within multinational environments.

Industry Focus: Highly desirable experience in procuring services within transportation, logistics, construction, infrastructure, energy, or other project-based industrial sectors.

Strong negotiation profile with a solid ability to interpret numbers, run financial benchmarks, and communicate persuasively.

Alignment with Values: Accountability, Simplicity, Collaboration, and Passion for driving positive change in the energy transition.
