What Will My Functions Be?
As a Payroll Supervisor at Auxadi, you will play a crucial role in optimizing payroll processes through the integration and use of advanced technologies. Your key responsibilities will include:
Technical review:
You will review the work of trainees and assistants, monitor deliverables, and guarantee high standards by meticulously reviewing work papers, provisions, and documentation.
Payroll Processing:
Supervise end-to-end payroll processing including data entry, calculation of salaries, benefits, taxes, and other deductions. Ensure accuracy in compliance with Spanish labor laws and regulations. Review and approve payroll transactions, addressing any discrepancies.
Compliance:
Stay informed about changes in labor laws, tax regulations, and other statutory requirements affecting payroll. Ensure compliance with reporting obligations, tax filings, and adherence to salary and hour laws. Implement and update payroll policies and procedures in line with local regulatory changes.
Social Security:
Calculation, modification, revision and payment of Social Security (SILTRA)
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to clients compensation, taxes, and benefits. Keep track of changes in clients status, such as new hires, terminations, promotions, and salary adjustments.
Employee Inquiries:
Respond to clients inquiries related to payroll, taxes, and benefits in kind.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance payroll efficiency, taking into account local nuances.
Team Management:
Provide guidance, training, and support to interns and assistants

Requirements:

What should you meet to be a potential Auxadi member?
We are currently looking for payroll specialist with experience in professional services firms.
In addition, it is important that you are:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
Fluency in English
Previous experience of at least three years in payroll outsourcing services or a similar role
Strong leadership and management skills
Proficient in Excel
Strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt to a multi-tasking environment
