Accountant Supervisor

At Auxadi, we are looking for an Accountant Supervisor to join our International Team in our Madrid offices.

What will your responsibilities be?
Prepare and deliver financial statements and reports in compliance with local standars.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records, including reconciliations and journal entries.
Ensure compliance with both local accounting/tax standards.
Plan deliverables and organize tasks effectively across projects.
Support audit processes by preparing and submitting relevant documentation.
Work with Microsoft Business Central (BC) and contribute to process improvement and automation.

Requisitos:

What do you need to be a potential Auxadi member?
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
4–5 years of experience in a professional services firm or multinational environment.
In-depth knowledge of local accounting/tax regulations.
Experience in preparing financial statements and client reports.
Familiarity with Microsoft BC (Business Central ERP) is a plus.
Fluent English (C1 or higher) – required.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Client-focused mindset with a drive to deliver excellent service.
