Finance Associate

Job Description

• Responsible for the accounting of the European entity, ensuring compliance and continuously improving the timeliness and accuracy of accounting data;

• Collaborate with the internal control and audit departments to ensure the review and improvement of this matter;

• Cooperate with accounting firms to handle the entity's annual report and audit;

• Cooperate with accounting firms to handle the entity's direct and indirect tax declarations;

• Collaborate with the group's transfer pricing team to ensure that the design and execution of related-party transactions fully comply with local compliance requirements;

• Conduct in-depth data analysis to provide data support for business management;

Job Requirements

1. At least one year of experience in finance, internal control, and auditing, logistics industry experience preferred;

2. Fluent in both Chinese and English, proficiency in one less commonly spoken language (Spanish, German, Dutch, French, etc.) is a plus;

3. Practical experience with financial systems, Oracle proficiency is a plus; proficient in Excel and other MS software;

4. Experience working across departments, regions, or multinational corporations is a plus;

5. Understanding of local accounting standards, relevant certifications are a plus;

6. In-depth understanding of business models, and implementation of accounting solutions on the accounting side;
