Key Responsibilities   Monitor AP mailboxes for multiple branches and process all payments; support all day‑to‑day non‑technical operational activities within finance remit including vendor management, Concur (T&E), fixed assets, leases, payroll, AP & expense accounting and reconciliations.
Process employee expenses and accurately record them in the general ledger.
Maintain and follow up credit‑card general ledger suspense postings.
Perform inter‑company accounting, including ledger postings, settlement of invoices and reconciliations.
Prepare bank reconciliations and follow up on outstanding items.
Prepare monthly accruals.
Conduct expense analysis.
Perform accounts receivable activities, including cash management.
Support external audit queries.
Identify process improvements.
Qualifications   Post‑graduate degree in business/accountancy/finance with 2‑3 years experience.
Interest in pursuing an accountancy qualification (chartered or technician) – e.g., CIMA, ACCA, ACA, ATI – desirable. Everest will support tuition for a professional qualification relevant to this role.
Good experience of accounts payable within financial services.
Strong end‑user computing skills, especially MS Excel.
Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
Good organisational and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to work to tight deadlines.
