As a Senior Accountant, you’ll play a key role in the day-to‑day operations of accounting function, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting as we continue to grow. You’ll own critical components of the close process, assist in system implementation, and collaborate cross‑functionally to streamline accounting processes. Responsibilities   Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and monthly close schedules
Support the preparation of financial statements and management reporting
Assist with ERP and financial systems implementation (Net Suite experience preferred)
Reconcile cash, AR/AP, fixed assets, and intercompany transactions
Collaborate with Operations and Product teams to ensure proper accounting for new initiatives
Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and company policies
Qualifications  Required   Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CPA candidate preferred)
3–5 years of progressive accounting experience (public accounting and/or startup experience a plus)
Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and month‑end close procedures
Hands‑on experience with Net Suite
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience documenting processes and supporting system implementations
Comfortable in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
Preferred   Experience supporting multi‑subsidiary, multi‑currency environments
Exposure to audit support or regulated industries
Strong cross‑functional communication skills and comfort working onsite with leadership
This position is hybrid based out of our Barcelona office located near la Barceloneta.
