Puesto: Client Accountant - Funds (m/f)
Overview  For its Madrid-based office, our client, an international financial services structure, is currently looking for a finance professional to join the team.
Responsibilities   Managing and overseeing the full accounting cycle for private equity investment funds and their portfolio companies, preparing periodic financial reports for fund managers and investors
Preparing and submitting CNMV and other regulatory reports
Preparing, reviewing, and filing annual accounts (individual and consolidated) and statutory books
Supporting external audits
Managing treasury activities
Collaborating with the tax department in the preparation of tax filings
Qualifications   3–5 years’ professional experience as an accountant, preferably in a multi-client environment
Strong English skills with the ability to communicate fluently with clients and offshore teams
Degree or Master’s in Accounting or Finance
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple demands in a dynamic environment
Ability to prioritise effectively, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure
