The Accounts Payable Junior Associate is responsible for managing the end-to-end supplier invoice process within a high-volume, fast-paced environment. The role ensures accuracy, compliance with internal policies and controls, and timely execution of payments.
Location
Full-time position in Madrid - IE Tower.
Your role as a Accounts Payable Administrative will involve:
Process and accurately record supplier invoices (national and international).
Perform invoices validation against purchase orders (PO) and internal policies.
Manage discrepancies related to pricing, quantities, and payment terms.
Perform periodic supplier account reconciliations.
Respond to supplier inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain and update the supplier master data (new suppliers, modifications, validations).
Contribute to monthly and year-end closing processes.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and automation initiatives.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate policies.
