Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our Finance team in Madrid. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day financial operations of the business, ensuring accurate financial records and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Process invoices and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.

Perform bank, supplier, and revenue reconciliations.

Assist with month-end closing activities and financial reporting.

Reconcile Property Management System (PMS) and Revenue Management System (RMS) records with accounting data.

Monitor operating expenses and support cost-control initiatives.

Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

Assist with audits and other finance-related projects as required.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
