Why we’re hiring:
We are hiring an Accountant Analyst to support core general accounting and reporting activities within our Finance Shared Services environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate financial records, strong controls, and timely month‑end close, while supporting continuous improvement and collaboration across Finance teams.

What you’ll be doing :
Perform general ledger accounting activities, including journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations.
Support month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close activities in line with defined timelines.
Ensure accurate and timely posting of accounting entries in the ERP system.
Prepare and review balance sheet account reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and audit standards.
Maintain appropriate documentation and audit trails for internal and external audits.
Support financial reporting and variance analysis, identifying unusual transactions or trends.
Liaise with other Finance functions (PTP, OTC, Treasury, Tax) to resolve accounting issues.
Follow standard operating procedures and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Support ad‑hoc accounting and reporting requests as required.

Other Finance functions, including PTP, OTC, Treasury and Tax
Internal and external auditors
Finance stakeholders across the business

What you’ll need:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in an accounting or RTR role within a Shared Services or corporate environment (preferred).
Proven experience performing intercompany reconciliations.
Solid understanding of accounting principles, with exposure to Spanish GAAP and IFRS (including IFRS 16).
Experience working with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Maconomy, or similar).
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
Clear and professional communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
Ability to work under supervision, follow detailed SOPs and operate within review cycles.
Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
