** Your Role
** As
** Quality Manager,
** you will be responsible for ensuring product and process quality while driving continuous improvement across the supply chain. You will play a key role in implementing Lean methodologies, overseeing audits, and managing quality-related claims.

** Key Responsibilities
*** Develop and maintain
** strong supplier relationships
** to ensure
** product quality and compliance**
* ** Lead supplier and internal audits**, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and industry standards
* Oversee and maintain the
** ISO 9001 Quality Management System**
* ** Develop and monitor quality KPIs
** to track supplier and product quality performance
* ** Conduct root cause analysis (RCA)
** and
** implement corrective/preventive action plans
** for quality issues
* ** Drive Operational Excellence
** across the supply chain and manufacturing processes.
* ** Apply Lean / Kaizen methodologies
** to optimize supply chain processes.
* Develop partnerships & projects collaborations
* Work closely with suppliers, subcontractors, and European partners.
* Contribute to cross-functional quality and process improvement projects.
** What We’re Looking For**
* ** 5-10 years proven experience in quality management** (preferably in chemicals, pharmaceuticals, or food industries).
* Solid background in
** supplier quality management
** and finished product
** quality assurance
*** Experience in
** ISO 9001**, with a deep understanding of
** audits, compliance, and regulatory requirements
*** Experience in
** KPI development**, monitoring and control
* Excellent problem-solving skills and experience with
** root cause analysis and corrective actions
*** Ability to influence and get buy-in from internal teams and external stakeholders;
* Experience in operational methodologies (
** Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen**).
* Ability to manage cross-functional projects and collaborate with supply chain teams.
* Strong analytical skills, rigor, and a mindset for incremental improvement and change.
* Professional
** proficiency in English** ( spoken and written) are mandatory.
