About the Kings League Created and organized by Kosmos, the Kings League has become a general phenomenon that has revolutionized the way we understand football and sports. A new 7-a-side football league with teams chaired by the world’s best streamers and content creators, with revolutionary rules aimed at uniting the best of football with the latest trends in esports and new ways of communicating and understanding the world.
In this sense, the Kings League has not only managed to "reimagine the game," but has also elevated sport and entertainment to a new dimension, making it more accessible to all audiences.
Location The role can be based in Madrid, with regular travel to our Barcelona office to collaborate with the commercial team and attend key meetings.
About you We are looking for a Commercial Partnership Director - Kings League Spain with a strong hunter mindset to drive revenue growth through strategic sponsor ships, partnerships, and monetization of our media and IP assets. We want a results‑driven sales leader with proven experience in the sports sector, skilled in managing and closing deals with sports sponsors and leveraging sports IP for commercial impact.
Main Responsibilities Identify, approach, and close new sponsorship deals directly with sports brands, agencies, and media partners.
Develop long‑term relationships with sports advertisers and agencies to maximize both immediate and recurring revenue.
Collaborate with content, marketing, and production teams to design compelling sponsorship packages that integrate digital, broadcast, and live assets.
Monitor trends in sports sponsorship, entertainment, and digital media to continuously identify new revenue streams and partnership opportunities.
Serve as the face of Kings League for commercial partners, driving both negotiation and execution of agreements.
Requirements 10+ years of experience in sports sponsorship sales, business development, or strategic partnerships.
Proven track record of hunting and closing high‑value deals with sports sponsors and agencies.
Strong network in sports brands, digital agencies, and media buyers.
Experience working with digital and live sports content is highly desirable.
Entrepreneurial, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
