WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?

You will be joining a multidisciplinary team developing a computer to be used for RPAS control. The computer will be DAL-A certified, and will integrate technologies such as FPGA, video processing and will be based on a real-time operating system.

Your activities will be focused on the development, together with a dedicated team, of the BSP (Board Support Package) and boot loader of the system.

WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?

For this position, we are looking for embedded software experts with knowledge of programming drivers and/or BSPs for Real-Time Operating Systems
. We will value positively:

• 2 years experience in low level programming for embedded/real time systems
  .
• Programming in C/C++.
• Familiarity with drivers and/or BSPs
  , or at least experience in software development very close to hardware.

Experience with safety-critical standards (
DO-178-C or similar
) and familiarity with protocols and HW products, as well as knowledge of Linux and Real-Time Operating Systems (e.g.
VxWorks and/or PikeOS
) is a plus.
