Senior React Native Developer

We are seeking a Senior React Native Developer to join our product team and lead the development of high-quality, scalable mobile applications for iOS and Android. You will work closely with engineers, designers, and product managers to shape the mobile architecture and ensure smooth, performant, and reliable user experiences. Experience in hospitality, travel-tech, or consumer-facing industries is considered a strong plus.

• Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native
• Architect scalable, maintainable, and high-performance app solutions
• Implement responsive and user-friendly screens and components from Figma designs
• Mentor junior developers and guide them on coding standards, best practices, and architecture decisions
• Integrate RESTful APIs using fetch or Axios with async/await for asynchronous operations
• Use debugging and testing tools such as React Native Debugger, Flipper, and browser dev tools to resolve issues
• Lead bug fixing, regression testing, and UI validation across devices and screen sizes
• Write clean, maintainable, and well‑documented code and ensure code quality through code reviews
• Manage Git workflows including branches, pull requests, and version control in Git Hub or Git Lab
• Participate in agile development processes including daily standups, sprint reviews, and sprint planning
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA to ensure smooth delivery of new features
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation including setup guides, component notes, and architectural decisions

• 5+ years of professional experience in mobile development with strong expertise in React Native
• Proficiency in JavaScript or Type Script and modern React Native patterns and libraries
• Experience building production‑grade mobile applications for iOS and Android
• Strong understanding of REST API integration, asynchronous programming, and error handling
• Experience translating Figma or other design tools into pixel‑perfect, responsive interfaces
• Hands‑on experience with mobile debugging tools such as Flipper or Chrome Dev Tools
• Solid understanding of mobile app architecture, performance optimization, and scalability
• Demonstrated leadership and mentorship experience
• Excellent communication skills, problem‑solving ability, and attention to detail
• Passion for mobile development and delivering high‑quality, user‑centric applications

• Experience with tools and libraries such as Expo, Firebase, Redux, or Recoil
• Familiarity with mobile design guidelines (Material Design / Apple HIG)
• Experience in travel-tech, consumer‑facing, or high‑growth product environments
• Exposure to automated testing frameworks for mobile applications

• Relocation support to Dubai (visa sponsorship included)
