Job Description
The role

As a Technical Consultant, you will deliver Global Delivery Services to Hitachi Vantara customers in line with defined Statements of Work. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth transition from implementation to operations, applying independent judgment to design and implement robust technical solutions. Working closely with Project Managers, internal teams, customers, and partners, you will provide clear status updates, high‑quality deliverables, and technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

You will also contribute to project reviews, identify opportunities for continuous improvement, and build strong customer confidence in Hitachi Vantara’s service delivery capabilities.

• Proven experience in technical consultancy and service delivery
• Strong expertise in storage solutions
  , particularly in mainframe environments
  ; open systems experience is a plus
• Ability to translate high‑level designs into detailed technical solutions
• Excellent stakeholder and customer management skills
• Strong problem‑solving ability with a proactive, accountable mindset
• Confidence communicating complex technical concepts clearly
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within global teams
• Willingness to travel and work flexibly
