• Own the Core Domain Model: design and evolve backend services that define benefits, ensuring the model stays clean, consistent, and extensible.
• Tame Business Complexity: translate regulatory and business rules into robust, maintainable code.
• Build for Consistency at Scale: design systems with data integrity across multi‑tenant configurations and concurrent transactions.
• Drive Product Velocity Without Cutting Corners: deliver new benefit types and market expansions at speed while avoiding technical debt.
• Write comprehensive tests that encode business rules, ensuring reliable quality.
• Operate and observe the domain: monitor health in production, build dashboards and alerts to detect issues early.
• Lead technically: raise the bar through code reviews, documentation, and mentoring.

• Type Script, Node.js, React, React Native
• Auth0, MongoDB Atlas
• Sentry for logging, Git Hub/Git Lab, Docker, Kubernetes
• CI/CD with GitLabCI, JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Teams

• Outstanding software engineering skills.
• Proven experience delivering production applications in Node.js or a similar language.
• Experience with distributed services and banking‑related services.
• Experience building medium/large‑scale web applications and distributed systems.
• Experience operating services in a production environment.
• A systematic problem‑solving approach.
• Proficiency in unit, integration, functional, and end‑to‑end testing.
• Passion to learn from feedback and help others improve their code.
