It is a one‑year graduate program designed for recent graduates from tech‑related degrees.

During NEXT you will develop technical and soft skills that support a career in technology. You will work in real projects with impact and gain a wide range of experience.

• Work directly in multidisciplinary agile teams where you influence products in areas such as booking, payments, and searches, using technologies such as Java 8 to Java 11, ES6, Backbone, ReactJS, VueJS, Lodash, Kafka, Cassandra, Redis, Neo4j, Big Table, Docker, Google Cloud, SASS, Mocha, Chai, Selenium, Cucumber, Web Pack, Babel, Grunt, NPM.
• Develop hands‑on experience with AI development tools, including Git Hub Copilot and other AI‑powered coding assistants.
• Follow a dedicated onboarding and career path tailored to your goals, with the possibility of choosing a backend or frontend track.
• Receive mentoring from experienced peers, guided training and on‑the‑job learning with senior developers, architects, QA managers, and more.
• Work in an open culture where feedback is valued and collaboration is encouraged.

We’re looking for recent graduates from tech‑related fields such as Computer Science who are fluent in English, have a proactive attitude, a sharp analytical mindset, and a go‑getter mindset.

A strong interest and demonstrated engagement with artificial intelligence, machine learning or automation through coursework, personal projects or online learning is required.

Hands‑on experience or active exploration of AI is expected.
