** Responsibilities
* ** Project Planning:
Engage in feasibility studies for data center construction, focusing on cost control and reviewing plans.
* Regulatory Knowledge:
Understand data center standards and local building codes in Europe.
* Design Coordination:
Lead architectural design efforts, collaborating with local teams and reviewing construction plans.
* Technical Oversight:
Manage product selection, oversee equipment bidding, and ensure designs meet project plans.

* Collaboration:

Coordinate with other disciplines and solve on-site issues, ensuring familiarity with construction procedures.
* Stakeholder Communication:
Communicate with consultants, owners, government bodies, suppliers, and contractors in EMEA projects.
* Construction Supervision:
Ensure contractors adhere to project plans and maintain quality.
* Project Management:
Oversee planning and interior design within the construction phase.

* ** Contract Management:
Understand contracts and manage engineering according to them.
* Project Tracking:
Develop plans and track implementation, addressing changes and project documentation.
* Problem Solving:
Analyze and resolve on-site issues with knowledge of civil construction.
* Acceptance Procedures:
Organize project acceptance stages and ensure proper handover.
* Material Review:
Assess material specifications and pricing applications.
* Standardization:
Support Day One’s standardization efforts for architectural items.
