A highly regarded International school in Madrid is seeking to appoint an experienced mathematics educator to take on a key leadership role within the Secondary School from August 2026
.

The school offers the UK National Curriculum through to IGCSE and the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme
, and enjoys a strong reputation for academic achievement and innovation.

Provide leadership in the planning and delivery of Mathematics across Key Stages 3–5 and the IB Diploma Programme.

Inspire excellence in teaching and learning, ensuring high standards of attainment and progress.

Support and develop colleagues through collaboration and professional growth.

Contribute to curriculum development, assessment, and departmental strategy.

Play an active role in the broader life of the school community.

A degree in Mathematics (or closely related subject) and a recognised teaching qualification (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent).

Experience teaching Mathematics to IGCSE and IB (or A-level) level.

Evidence of leadership experience or strong potential for leadership.

Familiarity with British and international curricula.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

A passion for inspiring students and supporting academic excellence.
