Aterim, a leading global provider of staff leasing, contractor hosting, and recruitment, is opening registration for multiple EASA E195 - E2 SFI/SFE/TRI/TRE for freelance contract to support the activities of a training center in Madrid, Spain:

• Previous instructional experience is valued
• Holds an existing instructor qualification (E195) or rating issued by a Regulatory Authority desirable
• An adaptable personality, with the ability to work with others to achieve the best outcomes.
• Attention to detail, administration, and the ability to maintain accurate records using MS Office

Missions:

• Ground school training according to the training center manuals and EASA procedures; or according to training programs of the airline customers approved by their local Civil Aviation Authority.
• Simulator training sessions in compliance with the training centermanuals or specific training requirements of the customers and appropriate civil aviation Authorities.
• Rigorous management of the flight training documentation according to the training center procedures or customers’ requirements as approved by their Civil Aviation Authorities.

Profile:

• Hold an EASA license.
• Hold a Instructor/Examiner endorsed valid license.
• Previous strong instructor’s experience as a SFI, or TRI, or LCTI, preferably in simulator training environment.
• Operational level English language proficiency with excellent pronunciation skills (ICAO level
  5).
• Teaching culture, administration and presentation skills, motivation, ability to work with a team.
