El Colegio Británico in Madrid is seeking several reliable, professional Exam Invigilators to support our Summer Exam Series
. This temporary role is ideal for individuals who are organised, calm under pressure, and committed to ensuring the fair and smooth running of external examinations.

• Supervise exam rooms to ensure all assessments are conducted according to official regulations.
• Prepare exam spaces, distribute materials, and ensure correct seating arrangements.
• Monitor students throughout exams, maintaining a quiet, controlled environment.
• Record attendance, manage exam papers securely, and follow strict procedural guidelines.
• Respond appropriately to irregularities or issues in line with school procedures.
• Collect, organise, and return completed exam scripts safely at the end of each session.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Professional, punctual, and dependable, with the ability to follow procedures precisely.
• Calm, observant, and confident managing groups of students.
• Good spoken English;
  Spanish is an advantage but not essential.
• Availability throughout the exam period starting in May 2026
