Candidates for this position will join the team that manages Executive Education Open Enrollment Programs. Your role as Junior Manager will involve:

• Executive Programs in Spanish and English.
• Coordinate marketing and commercial activities to reach targets.
• Create and develop executive programs working closely with faculty to develop content.
• Oversee delivery and offer a premium customer experience.
• Support ongoing engagement with participants during and after the program.
• Manage, analyze, and report overall program results in terms of quality standards, proposing next objectives and actions.
• Events planning and design, ensuring constant lead growth and engagement from potential candidates and admitted students.
• Support the development of commercial initiatives and channels to promote the programs.
• Content Management; draft marketing materials (website, brochures, factsheets, newsletters, etc.).

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Project management capabilities and the ability to work on different projects simultaneously.
• Solid customer management skills, ability to work under pressure, and a high level of accountability.
• Strong collaborative skills to work across teams at IE.
• Innovative and creative personality with good storytelling skills.
• Proactivity.
• Comfortable with senior executives.
• Previous experience in program delivery will be highly valued.
• MS Office management.
