Program Manager to join its team!

The Master's in Management Program (MIM) is one of IE Business School´s flagship programs. It is a full-time, 11-month program, which can be pursued in English or Bilingual. The program is geared toward recent graduates looking for an innovative, internationally acclaimed master’s program in management. It enrolls approximately 650 students per year, in two intakes (September and January), with up to 65 nationalities per intake.

The Associate Directors are key members of the program management team and report to the Executive Director of the Master's in Management Program.

We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in
Madrid.

Your role as Associate Director will involve:

• Responsible for the management of the program & student experience

• Ownership of assigned transversal projects (e.g., international exchanges, internships, capstone projects, dual degrees…)
• Daily interaction with students and faculty, presentations, and info sessions
• Focus on a professional and customer-oriented approach
• Implementation of best practices and policies, continuous review for optimization

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Master’s degree from a top University is desireable.
• Good organizational skills. Attention to detail.
• Fluency (written & oral) in English and Spanish is a must.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of operations and/or project management experience. Good knowledge of the Higher Education industry is a plus.
• Occasional international travel (1 per year).
