Hastings School, founded in 1971, serves students aged 2-18, from a diverse community and is nestled in the heart of Madrid, Spain. As a Primary Teacher, you will play a key role in shaping an engaging, nurturing, and ambitious learning environment where every child is supported to achieve their full potential. You will plan and deliver a broad, balanced, and differentiated curriculum that reflects National Curriculum requirements and the ethos of our school. Through clear objectives, creative teaching strategies, and purposeful classroom management, you will inspire curiosity, encourage progress, and create meaningful learning experiences for all pupils.

You will monitor achievement closely, using assessment to inform future planning and ensure continuity and progression. Beyond the classroom, you will contribute positively to the wider school community by participating in staff development, engaging with parents, supporting safeguarding responsibilities, and working collaboratively with colleagues.
