We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our team immediately. Working under the guidance of the Learning Support Leader, you will support high-quality teaching and learning, help raise pupil achievement, and promote independence and inclusion for all learners.

• Support pupils, staff and curriculum delivery across the school.
• Assist with planning, assessment, and monitoring of pupil progress.
• Deliver targeted interventions, including teaching the Read Write Inc. phonics programme

• Promote inclusion and positive behaviour in line with school policies.
• Support pupils with additional needs, including personal care where required.
• Maintain strong relationships with staff, pupils and families.
• Contribute to whole-school development, attend meetings and undertake lunch/siesta duties.

• Experience supporting primary-aged pupils (including SEND).
• Strong understanding of phonics (Read Write Inc. experience desirable).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A proactive, flexible and professional approach.
