Previous instructional experience is valued
Holds an existing instructor qualification (E195) or rating issued by a Regulatory Authority desirable
An adaptable personality, with the ability to work with others to achieve the best outcomes.
Attention to detail, administration, and the ability to maintain accurate records using MS Office
Missions:
Ground school training according to the training center manuals and EASA procedures; or according to training programs of the airline customers approved by their local Civil Aviation Authority.
Simulator training sessions in compliance with the training centermanuals or specific training requirements of the customers and appropriate civil aviation Authorities.
Rigorous management of the flight training documentation according to the training center procedures or customers’ requirements as approved by their Civil Aviation Authorities.
Profile:
Hold an EASA license.
Hold a Instructor/Examiner endorsed valid license.
Previous strong instructor’s experience as a SFI, or TRI, or LCTI, preferably in simulator training environment.
Operational level English language proficiency with excellent pronunciation skills (ICAO level
5).
Teaching culture, administration and presentation skills, motivation, ability to work with a team.
