Overview
We are looking for a Digital Advertising Specialist to join our team in Madrid working for the UK market. You will work on international projects covering both e-commerce, lead generation, and B2B activities.

Responsibilities

Creating and managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Linked In, Meta, Snapchat, Tik Tok, Amazon, etc.)

Managing a portfolio of premium clients

Monitoring and analyzing performance, and providing strategic recommendations based on campaign results

Conducting market research to stay up to date with the latest industry trends

Contributing to pitch processes: audits, strategic recommendations, and presentations alongside the sales team.

Team leadership

As part of this role, you will also lead a team of Paid Media Consultants

Participating in recruitment interviews

Managing a team of 2 to 5 consultants (all levels of seniority)

Supporting and developing your team through one-to-one meetings, joining client calls, and providing individual follow-up

Ensuring the quality of service delivered by each team member

Growing your team’s revenue through upsell and cross-sell opportunities

The ideal candidate

3+ years of experience in Paid Media (Search/Social/Programmatic)

2+ years of experience in a Digital Marketing Agency environment

1+ years experience managing other team members

Extensive experience in B2B and SaaS marketing

Experience attributing performance through Hub

Spot Speaks English fluently (UK Market)

Proactive problem-solver, strong communicator, adaptable and team player.

Recruitment process

20 min prequalification interview with the HR team

Interview with the hiring manager and case study (1 hour)
