What you’ll be doing   Deliver weekly engaging lessons and conduct in‑person or hybrid classes in Chemistry & Biology using our cutting‑edge methodology.
Leverage small class sizes (maximum 5 students per class) to create a supportive learning environment that caters to the individual needs of each student.
Participate in team meetings and collaborative sessions to share best practices and contribute to the continuous evolution of our teaching approach.
Offer regular, constructive feedback to both students and academic coordinators, ensuring educational goals are met and exceeded.
What we’re looking for   Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of one year of experience teaching IGCSE, A‑Level, or IB curricula (or a strong passion and commitment to begin a career in tutoring).
Native‑level or advanced (C1) proficiency in English.
Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for education and the ability to connect effortlessly with teenagers.
A self‑motivated and organised professional eager to thrive in a fast‑paced, international, and tech‑enabled environment.
What we offer   Attractive rates: earn between 20€ and 50€ per hour, with clear compensation adjustments based on class type and size.
Retention and seniority bonuses: eligible for bonus pay based on student retention and long‑term commitment.
Afternoon‑only schedules: all tutoring classes are scheduled between 5:15pm and 9:15pm (Monday to Friday).
Morning options: optional one‑on‑one classes for private candidates from 9:00am to 2:00pm.
Customisable hours: part‑time or full‑time options to fit your lifestyle and other commitments.
