Description  The Clinical Education Manager EMEA, Ortho is responsible for the design, delivery, and continuous optimization of high‑impact clinical education programs aligned with regional business objectives. This role ensures the development of best‑in‑class orthodontic education across traditional and digital workflows, driving clinical excellence, customer adoption, and measurable business outcomes.
The role partners closely with regional and local commercial teams, KOLs, external speakers, and internal stakeholders to deliver scalable, evidence‑based, and outcome‑driven education across EMEA.
Role expectations   Clinical Education Strategy & Delivery:
Design, implement, and execute EMEA orthodontic education programs covering diagnosis and treatment planning using traditional and digital orthodontic solutions.
Deliver high‑quality face‑to‑face and virtual education, including lectures, hands‑on workshops, and blended learning experiences.
Ensure education programs are clinically relevant, evidence‑based, and adapted to regional market needs.
Apply modern learning methodologies and pedagogic principles to maximize learner engagement and retention.
Learning Effectiveness & Outcomes:
Define clear learning objectives and implement assessment methodologies to measure educational effectiveness.
Track, analyze, and report learning outcomes and performance metrics, linking education impact to business KPIs.
Continuously optimize educational content and formats based on feedback, data insights, and evolving clinical evidence.
Stakeholder, KOL & Faculty Management:
Build strong clinical relationships with key clinical stakeholders across EMEA.
Support speaker training, content alignment, and presentation excellence.
Clinical & Business Insight:
Critically read, analyze, and interpret clinical evidence, translating scientific data into practical educational content.
