We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in  Madrid - IE Tower .

Responsibilities

Your role as a Regional Coordinator will involve:

Follow up with prospective candidates & candidates when needed

Events management coordination: marketing templates, alumni templates, contact with professors, registration, confirmation of attendees, contact with providers, and organizers

Social media: events publication, follow-up, and reporting

Provide support for on-campus visits of candidates/companies from abroad

Manage expenses and invoices with the providers and the accounting department

Other administrative/commercial tasks requested by the Regional Team

Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree.

Multilingual candidate: fluency in English and Spanish is fundamental. French and/or Arabic is a strong advantage.

Previous experience in an international, multilingual environment.

Experience with in the LATAM region will be highly valued

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

We are a fast‑paced organization that insists on excellence; therefore, attention to detail is fundamental

Candidates must be EU citizens or possess a valid EU work permit
