• Ensuring the smooth running of the school’s administrative, operational, or technical services
• Providing a professional, approachable, and solution-oriented service to families, students, and teaching staff
• Managing documentation, databases, and resources according to your area of work
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless educational experience
• Taking part in the continuous improvement of internal processes
• Adhering to school policies and regulations, especially in relation to health & safety, safeguarding
  , and inclusion

• Previous experience in similar roles, preferably in educational or customer service settings
• Strong organisational, communication, and teamwork skills
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused approach
• Basic digital literacy and comfort with relevant tools (depending on the role)
• A good level of English is a strong advantage
• A commitment to the school’s educational mission and values
