SUMMARY:

At  The British School in Madrid , part of the Inspired Education Group, we are always looking for  dedicated, responsible, and service-oriented professionals  who wish to contribute to the smooth and efficient running of our school

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensuring the smooth running of the school’s  administrative, operational, or technical services

Providing a  professional, approachable, and solution-oriented service  to families, students, and teaching staff

Managing documentation, databases, and resources according to your area of work

Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless educational experience

Taking part in the  continuous improvement  of internal processes

Adhering to school policies and regulations, especially in relation to  health & safety, safeguarding , and  inclusion

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

Previous experience in similar roles, preferably in educational or customer service settings

Strong organisational, communication, and teamwork skills

A proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused approach

Basic digital literacy and comfort with relevant tools (depending on the role)

A good level of English is a strong advantage

A commitment to the school’s educational mission and values
